  1. Our AI Assistant

Our website includes an AI Assistant to help answer your questions and guide you toward suitable products. When you use it:

  • Text messages you send are processed by Anthropic, the provider of the AI model that powers the assistant, in order to generate a response. This is processed under Anthropic’s standard data retention terms (typically around 30 days).
  • Voice input, if you choose to use the microphone, is transcribed by Deepgram. This is processed via Deepgram’s EU-based infrastructure, with model-improvement data sharing switched off β€” Deepgram does not use your voice data to train its models.
  • Calculator answers (such as our dosage, drops, bottle, cost, or pet calculators) are used only to display your result. This information never leaves your browser and is not stored or transmitted anywhere.
  • If you use our account credit system, this is managed via Supabase, which stores your account balance and usage history to operate this feature.

Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in your messages to the AI Assistant beyond what is necessary to answer your question.
