Refund and return policy

  • The seal must remain intact for hygiene and safety reasons

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used CBD products cannot be returned.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the product arrived damaged

After approval, the customer will receive return instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are advised to use a tracked shipping method when returning products.

PureCBD4U is not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Refunds

Once the returned products have been received and inspected, PureCBD4U will process the refund.

Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping costs from the original order may not be refundable unless required by law.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

7. Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Products returned outside the 14-day return period
