Article 4 – Minimum Age Requirement
4.1 The sale of products through PureCBD4U is only permitted to persons aged 18 years or older.
4.2 By placing an order, the customer declares that they are at least 18 years old.
Article 5 – Formation of the Agreement
5.1 An agreement is concluded once the customer places an order and it has been confirmed by PureCBD4U.
5.2 PureCBD4U reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information.
Article 6 – Prices and Payments
6.1 All prices shown include VAT unless stated otherwise.
6.2 PureCBD4U reserves the right to change prices at any time.
6.3 The price applicable at the time of ordering is binding.
6.4 Payment must be made using the payment methods offered on the website.
6.5 If a payment is refused or cancelled, PureCBD4U reserves the right not to process the order.
Article 7 – Delivery
7.1 PureCBD4U aims to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
7.2 Delivery times stated on the website are indicative and do not entitle the customer to compensation in case of delays.
7.3 The risk of damage or loss of products transfers to the customer at the moment of delivery.
7.4 The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns
8.1 Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days after receiving the products without giving any reason.
8.2 During the withdrawal period, the customer must handle the product and packaging with care.
8.3 Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons if the seal has been broken.
8.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
8.5 Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving and approving the returned products.
Article 9 – Product Use
9.1 The customer is responsible for the use of the products.
9.2 PureCBD4U is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of products.
9.3 Products must be kept out of reach of children.
9.4 CBD products should only be used according to the instructions on the packaging.
Article 10 – Liability
10.1 PureCBD4U is only liable for direct damage caused by intent or gross negligence.
10.2 PureCBD4U is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, or damage caused by incorrect use of products.
10.3 The total liability of PureCBD4U shall never exceed the amount of the relevant order.
Article 11 – Force Majeure
11.1 PureCBD4U is not liable for delays or failures resulting from force majeure.
11.2 Force majeure includes any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of PureCBD4U that prevents fulfillment of obligations.

12.1 PureCBD4U processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
12.2 Personal data is only used for order processing, customer service, and marketing purposes if consent has been given.

Article 13 – Intellectual Property

14.1 All agreements and disputes are governed by Dutch law.
14.2 Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands.
